Questions

Q:  What was your biggest concerns before hiring me/EQ?  Did it come true, and if not, what happened instead?

A:  Hiring a smaller firm  can sometimes bring a small amount of concern such as do they have the expertise, will they take good care of us, will we outgrow their capacity and I am extremely pleased to say none of those ever happened. What did happen was an amazing display of support, empathy, can-do where possible, and where there could be an impasse or challenge, we felt fully disclosed so we could take a decision confident in knowing the team was with us.

Q:  What, specifically, was your favourite part of what I do for you and why?

A:  I felt a great sense of pride working with the team in EQ as I never felt I was a number with our Exec Meetings. It always felt like their suggestions, ideas and valuable experience would insure we had over and over events where our team and customers felt they were looked after just as a family member would

Q:  If you were to recommend us to your best friend, what would you say?

A:  I have recommended EQ Travel to my best friend due to their diligence, thoughtfulness, completeness and efficiency so that when they book an event with EQ, not only will costs be very predictable, but the results will be fantastic first time and every time
