1.  ​What was your biggest concerns before hiring me/EQ?  Did it come true, and if not, what happened instead?

​My main concern was that we wouldn’t have the same 1-on-1 relationship we had with our previous company.  As we had been with our previous company for 10+ years, I was a bit apprehensive moving to EQ Travel (or any other travel management company to be honest), however the move to EQ went well and we are very happy with Mark working on our account.

2.  What, specifically, was your favourite part of what I do for you and why?

Personal, friendly approach from Mark is the best I could ask for from any travel management company.  He doesn’t come across as though he is just organizing our travel, I classify him as a friend too!

3.  If you were to recommend us to your best friend, what would you say?
