Fife based EQ Travel Management has become the lastest local frim to be accredited as a Living Wage Employer.

The commitment means everyone working for the company, whether they are directly employed or work on a third party contract basis, will be paid a mimimum hourly rate of £7.85, significalntly highter than the national minimum wage of £6.50.

Eq cheif exectuive officer Franc Jeffrey said: "we believe it's important to set the standard for our sector, whether that be on a standard of service or payment of our employees."
